During her 15 years at Cablevision, Stephanie was a pioneer in the deployment of advanced advertising applications, such as telescoping, addressable targeting, and dynamic ad insertion. In 2013, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences awarded her an Emmy for her work on Cablevision's iO Interactive Television and a Technical Emmy for her work on Cablevision's iO Interactive Optimum Digital Cable. Mark has led HR departments domestically and globally at high-growth startups, Fortune 500 companies such as Mastercard and Toyota, as well as Omnicom and Publicis marketing and communications agencies. Most recently, he was EVP, Chief Talent Officer at Omnicom agencies Organic, Atmosphere Proximity, and Sparks & Honey. During his tenure, the attrition rate decreased to single digits.
